Singapore, January 12, 2026 – IPV TRUST PTE. LTD is pleased to announce that it has received in-principle approval from the Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) for its application for a Capital Markets Services License, allowing IPV TRUST PTE. LTD to provide custody services for capital market products.
This achievement marks a strategic milestone in the company’s development, following shareholder approval to expand into new businesses in digital asset custody and financial and blockchain technology consulting. The Group’s future business will consist entirely of this new venture.
